Brad is a wonderful and professional real estate agent. We worked with him to originally purchase our house in Martinez, and then again a few years later to sell that house. Brad is very knowledgeable and easily breaks down the process to make it easy to understand for someone who is not in the real estate business. His wealth of knowledge when it comes to home updates / renovations is priceless. It was extremely helpful when touring homes with him, and was a huge help when figuring out what we could to spruce our home up a bit before selling.
