Turnbloom & Associates, Inc., a California Brokerage, was established by Steve Turnbloom in 1991 when many companies were "bailing out" or merging due to the poor California economy. Turnbloom & Associates has grown rapidly to become a prominent company in Contra Costa. We have averaged nearly 20% increase in sales per year. Our goal is to provide exceptional services to Contra Costa County residents. Steve Turnbloom lives in Martinez with his wife Diana and their two children Brian and Brad. A strong community supporter, Steve sponsors various children’s athletic teams and donates to local schools and the homeless. He has lived in the Pleasant Hill and Martinez areas for nearly 20 years. Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, he attended the University of Minnesota for his BA Degree and the University of Wisconsin for his Graduate work. Steve began his real estate career 19 years ago at John M. Grubb in Lafayette and later Grubb & Ellis in Orinda. After obtaining his Broker’s license, he opened Turnbloom & Associates in 1991. His professional designations include Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Certified Residential Specialist and Broker. Steve has completed numerous courses in negotiating and marketing which adds to his level of expertise and market savvy.
