1/01/03 Welcome Lisa!

Lisa Giannini has joined The Turnbloom Team as our Buyer's Agent. Lisa coincidentally became acquainted with Steve, Roxi and Diana when she purchased her home through the team! She subsequently passed the California Real Estate exam and came aboard! Lisa's outgoing personality, enthusiasm and knowledge of the area's real estate market is a welcome addition and adds even greater depth to our client services.

5/2002 Congratulations Roxi!

Roxi just passed the California Real Estate exam and will be working as a Realtor-Associate for Turnbloom & Associates. In addition to her duties as a Customer Service Specialist for Turnbloom & Associates, Roxi will now be able to show properties and write offers for buyers. We are very proud of her milestone accomplishment!

4/2002 Congratulations Diana!

Diana a just published her first book entitled “Escrow Coordination Secrets: The Real Estate Professional’s Guide to Transaction Management.” This book is a guide for agents and their assistants on how to coordinate escrows. Diana is a leading authority on escrow management. In addition to working with Turnbloom & Associates, she also teaches seminars and has written the assistant and transaction coordinator guidelines for the California Association of Realtors®.
