The Company

Turnbloom & Associates, Inc.

Turnbloom & Associates, Inc., a California Brokerage, was established by Steve Turnbloom in 1991 when many companies were "bailing out" or merging due to the poor California economy. Turnbloom & Associates has grown rapidly to become a prominent company in Northern Contra Costa County.

The Broker

Steve Turnbloom, Broker/Owner

I live in Martinez with my wife Diana and two sons, Brian and Brad. Being a strong community supporter, I enjoy sponsoring various athletic teams and donating to local charities. I’ve lived and worked in the Pleasant Hill/Martinez area for 25years.

Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, I attended the University of Minnesota for my BA Degree and the University of Wisconsin for my Master’s (MSE) Coursework.

My real estate career began 24 years ago at John M. Grubb in Lafayette and later Grubb & Ellis in Orinda. After obtaining a Brokers license in 1991, I opened Turnbloom & Associates. My professional designations include Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Broker. I've had the professional privilege of successfully representing over 800 clients and especially enjoy the personal interaction with both buyers and sellers.

In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, biking, skiing, car racing, stock trading and family activities.
